Our Kite center is located in the Gran Bahia Portillo **** Hotel right on the spot. Portillo is one the most beautiful spots to ride in the area. White sand, crystalline flat  water, surrounded by tropical vegetation’s and constant wind all year long. Downwind are oftenly organised , from Portillo to the Village center.
